Barrister

After completion of LL.B (Hons) he joined AH paralegal Training course. This course provided a great opportunity to have practical experience with Court procedure in the United Kingdom. During this course he visited Royal Courts of Justice and performed various tasks assigned to him as a part of the training. In UK, he experienced working with a solicitor law firm as a part time paralegal, where he gained knowledge and experience in dealing with criminal cases. Tasks performed included prison visits, interviewing clients, making proof of evidence, Court visits, assisting Barristers and opening new case files in a system.
He successfully represented clients in various nature of cases in District Courts, issues related to Banking Courts, debt recovery and other tribunals as working in a law firm Legal Aid Consultants (LAC) based in Multan In 2013-2014 on behalf of LAC Mr. Bokhari remained thoroughly involved to assist the Defence Production Department of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) matter related to International arbitration including multi-million dollar contract.

Practice Focus

As Senior Associate in Azam Chaudhary Law Associates, Barrister Raham Ali represents clients in the District and High Court of Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar. He also drafts agreements, carries out opinion work, legal research and extracting relevant information from often long and complex documents.

Qualification

Mr. Bokhari did his LL.B (Hons) and Postgraduate Diploma (Pg Dip)(International Corporate and Financial Law) from the University of Wolverhampton, UK. He received a Call to the Bar from Lincoln’s Inn, after completing his Bar Vocational Course from the City Law School, London in 2010.
Barrister member of The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn (UK) and member of the Punjab Bar Council (Pakistan) and holds a license to practice in the High Courts of Pakistan since 2011.
